The modern high-tech cement storage complex is composed of three (3) silos located on site, with an aggregate capacity of 27,000 tons (9,000 tons per silo), fully pneumatic system for offloading barges/ships.
Our silo to truck loading system is equally advanced. Dual loading hoppers each with 70 foot, 100 ton truck scales allow two (2) trucks to load simultaneously, at a rate of three (3) minutes per truck per scale. A state of the art dust collection unit has been built into the silos for receiving cement as well as loading cement into trucks.
