Gateway Terminal owns and operates their own rail yard. The secure siding can stage up to 30 rail cars at a time inside the facility. In addition, there is room to stage another 60 cars on a spur adjacent to the siding. This allows Gateway to send out a unit train of 60 - 90 cars at a time, especially when supplying coal to power plants.
